These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PassReal website and image naturalization service ("Service") operated by PassReal ("we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

PassReal provides an AI-powered image naturalization service that processes user-uploaded images to reduce detectable AI-generated artifacts. The Service applies sensor simulation, frequency analysis, and diffusion reconstruction techniques to your images.

2. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. User Responsibilities

By uploading images to PassReal, you represent and warrant that:

• You own the rights to the uploaded images or have obtained all necessary permissions.
• Your use of the Service does not violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• You will not use the Service for fraudulent, deceptive, or malicious purposes.

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to process or distribute:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content exploiting minors.
• Content that violates any applicable law, including intellectual property laws.
• Content intended to harass, defame, or threaten individuals.
• Content used for identity fraud or impersonation.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts and report violations to law enforcement without notice.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your uploaded images and their processed outputs. PassReal does not claim ownership of any user content. We do not use your images to train AI models.

6. Service Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that processed images will pass all AI detection tools or satisfy any specific use case. Detection technology evolves continuously, and results may vary.

7. Payment Terms

PassReal offers a free tier with limited processing capacity. The Pro plan is available at $19/month and includes higher processing limits and priority access. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of payment.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any reason with reasonable notice. You may delete your account at any time, which will permanently remove all associated data from our systems.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PassReal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
